For over 20 years of my life I was recycling myself in and out of diet and weight loss programs that didn't work long term.  Everything changed when I committed to dropping diets and quick-fixes.  I lost 70 pounds through a life changing journey that inspired the framework for The NOCK Life Program.  My goal is to help you find the joy in change, more ease in the process and a community of people who support you as you face life's biggest obstacles and opportunities.
